Dr. Mehdi al- Hafidh the minister of planning and developing cooperation said that the inflation rate has reduced in comparison with last month.The reduction indicates noticeable economic improvement due to the work opportunities availability and resumption of some governmental and productive departments work , referring to the escalation of the Iraqi economy success will mark higher rates in case of security stability .At a press conference held Saturday, Mr. Al- Hafidh said that a senior Iraqi delegation will participate in Doha conference scheduled Tuesday, to tackle the Iraqi proposals submitted to the donors conference.He confirmed the intention to open the closed embassies in a number of world countries and appointing ambassadors to get acquainted with Iraqi residents abroad affairs on top that the census affairs. 

GANGSTERS ARRESTED

Al-Qanat police squads have arrested a gang consisted of three persons claimed falsely to be members of one party"The Armed burglary gang was enabled to break into nine citizens's houses in Amiriya, Baladiyat , Palestine Street and Habibiya besides looting modern Mercedes vehicle", an Iraqi police source said, adding that the gangsters confessed their crimes and they were referred to Judgment.
 

ENVIRONMENT MINISTRY PARTICIPATES IN WNEP

A team representing ministries of environment, oil, industry and minerals, transport, municipalities & labor were participated in the workshop for managing natural catastrophes held in Amman recently.The workshop included a number of university professors from different nationalities and members of UN environment program ( WNEP) and (UVHCR) organization aiming to get acquainted with the environmental perilous at a time of negative environmental catastrophes and the importance of realizing strategies of treating catastrophes in the stricken societies ,besides put plans to limit the negative environmental impacts. 

TRAINING COURSES TO PROMOTE MUNICIPALITIES' STAFF

The general directorate of human resources one of the modern directorates at the ministry of municipalities organized a training rehabilitation courses inside Iraq and abroad, to promote the performance of the directorate's staff .Mrs. Zana Muhammed the director general of human resources clarified that she noticed during the field dovetailing a number of professional calibers at the ministry to get utility of.Several of them expressed preparedness for cooperation regarding running that program whereas about 91 personnel were inserted in internet, English language and computers training courses in coordination with university of technology and national planning center and institute of management in Rasafa. Other numbers will be sent abroad.

Dr. Mahdi al- Hafidh the minister of planning and developing cooperation has announced the beginning of practical plan to implement census for population and houses scheduled to be implemented on 12^th October.At a press conference held at the ministry H.Q the minister clarified that the census for the population and houses aims to obtain comprehensive highly accurate statistic and data on the demographic, social and economic characteristics of the population besides setting up promotional plans and evaluating their outcomes.

Dr. Mahdi al- Hafid the minister of planning and developing cooperation has announced that the Governing Council in cooperation with International Bank, International Fund and UN agencies have put grand program for Iraq's reconstruction drive, referring that Iraq sought to carry out this practical program benefiting from the international financial support of the donors in Madrid conference depending on oil resources increased gradually over the last months.During a symposium held on the fringe of the international economic forum on development in Iraq, the Iraqi minister indicated that a big conference for the donors will be held during the current month, adding that Iraqi officials will work to active these promises to go ahead in the process of reconstructing Iraq , the country plunged into three wars over two decades.
