DEFENSE MINISTRY REGAINS FORMER ARMY OFFICERS TO SERVICE

The Ministry of Defense has returned all Iraqi army officers and its ranks to the service.The Colonel Qassim al-Mossowi the in charge of informational office at the ministry has stated to as-Sabah that Iraqi officers and other ranks will be returned back in according with certain procedures depended by Defense Ministry, adding that officers and other ranks will be have the option whether they interesting to stay or resign.Al-Mossowi added all army cadre will be returned and each one according to their former ranks, confirming that officers and ranks who were within the dissolved al-Ba'th party and gain the four degree specializing in uprooting al-Ba'th members, have been included with special procedures, citing that those who committed killing operations will absolutely never returned to Iraqi army ranks. 

ENSURING BOARDERS TOPPED NEIGHBORING COUNTRIES AGENDA

The Iraqi government has obtained an additional promotion towards settling the security situation in the country through the meeting hosted by Cairo on July 19 for Iraq's neighboring countries.Close sources to the meeting confirmed the preparedness to work to return safety to Iraq and help it by all available potentialities. Informational sources said that Iraqi officials had put five Iraqi demands to the neighboring countries including prevention interfering in Iraq's internal affairs by preventing inflators to inflate through Iraqi borders, supporting the Iraqi economy, backing the Iraqi government, offering assistance in training army and Iraqi policy as well as supporting elections through helping Iraqis to alleviate violence tension and prepare the suitable atmospheres of performing elections through democratic atmosphere. 

JUSTICE MINISTRY ALLOWS IRAQI EXPATRIATES TO SELL THEIR REAL ESTATES IN IRAQ

The Iraqi Justice Ministry is studying the possibility of allowing Iraqi expatriates who are living abroad to sell their real estates in Iraq.Mehdi Abdul al-Hussein the Director General of Executive Department said that the ministry is seeking to cancel Resolution No. 1965 issued in 1999.Notably, Saddam's government had prevented citizens from leaving Iraq under unofficial ways; furthermore Saddam's government depends to occupy their real estates and granted them to their elements or put them on public auction.  

INTERIOR MINISTRY SOURCE REVEALS SECRET MESSAGE

An official source at the Interior Ministry and the National Security Counselor has refrained to give any comment concerning news of seizing three nuclear missiles during arresting Khuder ad-Douri, the former leader at the dissolved al-Ba'th party.Iraqi political sources in condition of anonymity have confirmed that arresting ad-Douri which implemented by Iraqi security services have seized also three missiles.The same sources informed as-Sabah that Khuder ad-Douri who occupied great security and party positions, his death was declared following Saddam's regime fall and a certain side had issued him a false death testimony was arrested in the district between al-Oaja and Dour.The Security reporters clarified that a heavy concrete plate had designed in away capable to mislead the up-dated scientific radar apparatuses specialized to discover radiation released by such nuclear heads.  

AMBITIOUS PLAN TO EXPAND EXPORTED PASSAGES

An official source at Oil Ministry has confirmed that the ministry is keening to promote cooperation at oil aspect with Arab countries especially the neighboring countries in away contributes in serving such countries, the source indicated that the cooperation is underway with Jordan and many contracts have been signed to provide Iraq with oil products.  The source said that the ministry is studying plan-project to expand an Iraqi oil pipe via Jordan a matter that clarified an attempt to verify Iraqi oil exporting passages via neighboring countries.He clarified that such verifying has come within a future plan adopted by the ministry to increase volume of oil exports and developing them to reach 3,5 million barrels by the end of this year, confirming that the ministry is depending now on exporting Iraqi oil from southern and northern passages, citing that the current passages are embracing all current Iraqi exports.

Dr. Aladdin al-'Alown the Minister of Health has addressed an order to create high committee to provide the scarce and missing chronic diseases medicines.Dr. Faisel Abdul Jabber the Director General of primary medical clinics declared this, indicting that the committee has exerted efforts to provide medicines for all citizens in Baghdad and other provinces through contacting with Arab and foreign companies. 

28 COMPETITORS ON MAYOR POST IN BASRA

28 competitors from Basra province are vying to occupy mayor post vacant since more than one month; the test date will be announced within the few coming days.An official source at the governing council said that all candidates who were submitted their application to occupy this position were under the control of some procedures prepared in according to the Law No. 71 specialized to arrange elections in provinces and approved by the former CPA. 

LTC RENEWS OPERATIONS ROOM TO PROTECT IP TRACKS

A well-informed source at the State Company of land Transport said the an operations room has been renewed at the company which includes number of specialists in transport field, referring that room's duties will concentrate on directing ministry's police checkpoints at the ministry to accompany trucks convoy which transports products in and outside Iraq in addition to follow up trucks which work without order.Mohammed al-Mossowi, the Director General of the company said that the company will adopt the necessary legal procedures concerning violators to form committees in all company's branches to surrender trucks in all provinces, referring that all drivers will receive operation orders with new copy and with secret number valid for one period, confirming that he opening a conversation with company branches to obtain the company's debts which still under the guarantee of companies belong the main company.
