217 billion Iraqi dinars for new sewage
nets in Baghdad

Baghdad Municipality has recently said it had allocated 217.700
billion Iraqi dinars to carry out and extend nets of sewage in all areas
in Baghdad according to the investment plan of the Ministry of
Municipalities for the year 2005.Mr. Ali Radhi Al-Haidari, Baghdad
governor, said that the ministry aims at solving the main problem that
people are suffering from due to lack of sewage system in the places where
they live.
First Boarders Leadership formed in
Arbil

Iraq's Ministry of Interior works hard to form the first boarder
leadership in Arbil. The assumed leadership is to oversee the Iraqi
boarders that split Iraq from the neighboring countries in the regions
Sulaimaniya, Arbil, Duhuk and Mosul.Major General Adnan Abdul Hassan,
assistant of Interior undersecretary, supervisor of the Boarders and
Customs, said three other leaderships will be formed to control over the
eastern, western and southern boarders of Iraq.

Iraq's Ministry of Justice has recently released the accused Rihab
Rasheed Taha while It remained Huda mehdi Ammash, the commander in the
cancelled Ba'ath party, under custody.The two women were accused of
participating in the prohibited weapons programs of the ex-regime.A
media source in the ministry said that the ministry will also release
other members of the former regime but with certain conditions. He also
said that a special committee studies the files of the detainees to
reconsider their probable release. |
