New report delivered to council of representatives has revealed the trickery and the illusory paragons of million dollars between the election body and one of the illusory companies.
The report mentioned that the general director of the body has signed illusory contracts with 6.5 million dollars without having the permission the body council, through his aid and the owner of Rubin Company.
The owner of that company tried to trick the Danish ambassador in Baghdad to have 200000 dollars for election publicity through the usage of the contracts signed by the general director with the international organization of American election regulations that work within the body.
The director refused answering the questions of the investigation committee, the thing that led the commissioners' council to stop his financial authority.
