Tourism and Antiquities Ministry affirmed news of violation perpetrated by US forces to ancient sites of Babylon.
The ministry said that the US force have penetrated in region of Dhibaie Hill and made a trench in the said hill referring that many heavy vehicles were roaming in the region, while US troops have set gun fires so as to expel employees following entering the main building of observation and watching services in the region.
A source at the ministry unleashed that long vehicles were driven on soils of ancient antiquities that expose the site to destruction, demanding them to stop the irresponsible activities of destroying thesite.
