Disbanding militias is being the favorite subject of political process parties in Iraq .Mr. Abd Al Azeez Al Hakim’s demands- that were expressed during a speech he made yesterday in Najaf
on the third occasion of Ayat Allah Mohammed Baker Al Hakeem’s assassination - and those of political powers- who participated in the preparatory meeting of accord’s conference in Cairo- were unanimous on disbanding these militias and preventing all aspects of armament.
