This speech represents the first appearance for resistance's representatives in Iraqi media in which al-Tikritii showed that these conditions are putting a schedule for occupying forces , admitting resistance as a legal right , releasing detainees, rebuilding interior and defense ministries, defusing militias, canceling debaathification law, forming a committee to fix constitution, starting new elections, stopping contracts of foreign companies, compensating defense staffs , releasing security agencies rights , reconstructing Iraq and compensating the resistance.
