Ground forces leader general Ali Ghanim Majeed said that, Diyala leadership center a basically important side on the way of receiving the security file including the government plan to fight Qaeda and Takfiris members since they caused a lot of  terrorism processes and killed thousands of the citizens there .On the other hand, he said signing the memorandum with the multi nations forces wouldn't mean complete receiving security file recently but it would be an important step of military leading the city.
